Before the quotation

What we verify before selecting equipment

01

Lift and pump starting currents

The input, risk and verification method are documented in the proposal and design.

02

Co-owner approval

The input, risk and verification method are documented in the proposal and design.

03

Fire-safety requirements

The input, risk and verification method are documented in the proposal and design.

Proposal format

Three options based on the same input data.

01

Sufficient

Covers the defined critical loads without future capacity.

03

Expandable

Allows compatible future batteries, PV or additional loads.

Example estimate

A typical scenario in numbers

Peak 20 kW · average 6 kW · backup 4 h

Use your own numbers
Inverter from25 kW
Recommended battery32.5 kWh
Minimum battery29 kWh
Critical energy24 kWh

A preliminary estimate using the calculator formula (90% DoD, 92% efficiency, 10% ageing reserve). Not a commercial offer.

Common questions

What Kyiv and Sumy customers ask

01Can lifts and pumps in an apartment block be backed up?

Yes, but lift and pump starting currents set the inverter requirements. It is often more economical to back up pumps, the heat substation, lighting and communications, and treat lifts separately; the stages are shown in the budget.

02What documents do co-owners need for a decision?

We prepare the technical solution, specification and budget in a general-meeting format. Where relevant we add the document package for applicable support programmes.

03Buildings in Kyiv and Sumy differ — is the approach the same?

The approach is identical: an audit of common loads, starting-current calculation, priority stages and a budget. The input data differs per building, which is why every calculation starts with a survey.
